This concept was created while I was rewatching one of my favorite comfort films, Miss Potter (2006). The part where Beatrix mourns the death of Mr. Warne and immerses herself in work served as the inspiration. Similarly, this artwork envisions Glinda in a quiet moment of remembrance, surrounding herself with memories of Elphaba, finding solace and purpose through the act of creation.
